Was Anonym at La Barberie a mag?
My wife, daughter (18 years old) and I were quite apprehensive walking towards "La Barberie." It is located in a very unattractive (but safe) part of the town, just under the flyover near to the train station. However, once you get inside the building and grounds you realise that it is a little oasis. Very pleasant and large side patio (not talking about the one at the front of the building), with plenty of greenery.... View all feedback.

I have to rate this place poorly solely based on their poor customer service. I have never been to a bar where the bartender cashes you out after one drink, without even asking if you'd like another. A bartender cashing me out after my first drink is basically telling me they don't want me to give them any more money. So I didn't. In my opinion, just go Noctem or Korrigane instead. The atmosphere is enjoyable, with friendly staff, board games, cozy corners, and a lovely terrace. I didn't sample the food from the small outdoor kitchen, but overall, the experience was positive. While it may not be a must-visit destination like it once was, this brewpub in the lower town is still worth a visit in my opinion.
The beer was okay, but the service was really lacking. I waited at the bar for 10 minutes without anyone coming to help me with my order. I had to practically beg for attention.
Great selection of beers and delicious food. As an added bonus, when we arrived during a rainstorm, they allowed our dogs to join us inside while we enjoyed our meal.
Just popped in for a flight of beer and some nacos. Best brewery in QC! Amazing IPA! We will be back.
Delicious beer, lovely staff, and really great indoor or outdoor seating. Visiting family (all adults) of six would definitely go back!
