I and my working colleague took each room at the plaza hotel. After a long train trip early in the morning followed by a long working day, we were tired and decided to dine at the ginger restaurant located on the ground floor of the hotel. Great restaurant! Their food were had decorum and tasted exquisite. The waiter was very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was fab. Totes recommended

My first visit to the ginger was a pure happiness from beginning to end. I've eaten a surf and turf tonight and a sushi inlet. everything was delicious and the sushi presentation was original and impressive! cooking of meat number 1. There was a live band during the evening it was very good. Our waitress tonight was stephanie. She was smiling and very present. We don't miss anything. We're going to go back to the ginger no doubt to our next visit to quebec!
