The Laquers, which they usually brush only before serving, have beer and are not gf, but the homemade BBQ sauce is served on the side is gf. So just ask for one of the meats without the Laquer. The Koleslaw is gf and really good. I had the ribs and brisket, both excellent and very tasty, even without the very tasty BBQ sauce. The grain bread is not gf so ask that there are on the side to give someone else!

The... read more I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff are knowledgeable about gluten allergies and were able to offer a variety of options on the menu. The Brisket, Chicken, and ribs were all fantastic choices.
