3.4 / 5 (10 reviews)

Description

A longtime Grande Allée nightspot, Le Dagobert is a multi-level, high-energy club with strong sound, DJs, a raised dance stage and a roomy patio. Weekends draw a youthful, crowded crowd with plentiful bars and lively music, but expect long lines, packed dancefloors and mixed staff behavior. Good for nightlife seekers and tourists looking to party; less suitable for those wanting calm, roomy or consistently polished service.

This is hands down the worst club I’ve ever been to. We purchased tickets online for their New Year's Eve party, but despite having tickets, everyone had to wait in line for at least an hour because the club was at capacity and couldn’t admit more guests. They sold more tickets than they could accommodate! The bouncers were incredibly rude, telling the wet, rain-soaked individuals who had been waiting for over an hour to be quiet. I will never return. There are much better clubs in Quebec City. Avoid this one, folks!

Grande Allee is the night street that never sleeps on weekends with most-lively atmosphere. One of the most busiest night club that only opens from Friday to Sunday. Have different floors with different music on each floor. Nice DJ and music, youthful vibe, plentiful bar stations, and high raised stage to hop-on and dance. Must visit if you are looking for night-life in Quebec as other streets may be pretty dead after 10-11 pm.

The bartender on the second floor was incredibly rude. We ordered tequila shots and tipped him generously, but when we asked for lime wedges, he told us, "We don’t have lime." I noticed several limes on the counter and requested that he cut some for us, but he replied, "No, I’m not giving you limes. I don’t have time for that. Too bad." It's shocking to encounter such behavior from a bartender. It was very disappointing.
