Casa Smoked Meat - Québec

I've been a client for several years. the quality of the food has fallen since the reopening. Moreover, there is more and more error in orders and waiting time is up. Last time we were our last. sad because it's in my neighborhood, but I'm going to encourage the places that give me for my money.

It's small, sometimes we share the table with another person but it's so good.

All small restaurant with excellent pizza, good fries and smoked meat is great. restaurant without pretention, for a beer on the terrace or a lunch on the inch by a beautiful summer evening! reasonable price and quality crust break.

Delicious carnivore poutine, I don't know about other foods. the dining room is clean and the welcoming staff. If you want to eat a good smoked meat, chopped beef, bacon and pepperoni, it's the place!

We were looking for a little snack and we fell on this nice little restaurant. When we arrive we place our order at the counter and then we are headed to the small dining room to find a place. when our order is ready, we call our name at the counter so we can go and get our trays. Be careful if you go to dinner on a Friday you'll see that this little snack is really popular because it's full to crack. as we had time in front of us we decided to come back after 1:00 to avoid the crowd but even at that moment there was still a lot of people. It's always a good sign when people like the place. We ordered a medium maxi poutine and a small carnivore pizza. The average poutine is really generous and it's too much for one person. Looking around we found that the little poutine is generous enough too and would be amply for a normal appetite! the poutine was made with fries houses, the fillings were excellent and unlike some snacks there was enough sauce to not miss it rendered half the poutine. The carnivorous pizza was extraordinary. There was a lot of meat and the taste was excellent. The crust was not too thick and it was just crunchy enough. She was also very tasteful what surprised me. In addition, the cook/server/owner took the trouble to come and ask me what level of pizza I wanted for my pizza, a popular touch. The staff is attentive and really seems to consider customer service as one of its priorities.For the atmosphere, it's not a big restaurant, it's a snack-route, so you know what to expect. However, there was still a large screen inside a sports channel for those who might be interested. Texan style decoration was interesting and it was very clean. When there are plenty of people, it's pretty crowded as a place, but there's also a terrasa. Unfortunately as it rained when we went we couldn't take advantage of the terrase. There was also a good choice of soft drinks and beers.Breef if you want a place for a good food with generous plates and where it is not too expensive it is a small restaurant that I would not hesitate to recommend. In addition, if there is room left after eating (which is less certain)! you are only 2 minutes away from a favorite chocolate where you can sugar the beak for dessert!
