Despite some mixed reviews, the restaurant seems to excel in certain areas such as exceptional service, good quality food, and a charming ambiance. Highlights include the delicious paella, excellent steaks, and friendly staff. Some guests noted a few disappointments with tapas portion sizes and menu options. Overall, Caffe Sirocco seems to be a popular choice for those seeking Mediterranean cuisine in Quebec City, with a few hit-or-miss aspects to keep in mind.

The service was attentive and could not be faulted. Some dishes...were better than others ranging from an OK pasta dish to an excellent flank steak. Over all it is a
When in Quebec City, this restaurant has to be on list. The prices are reasonable, it is *right* by a métrobus stop and the staff is very friendly. Just be sure to pack you appetite as some plates are VERY copious
