While some reviews mention subpar food quality and service, others highlight the good selection of beer and welcoming atmosphere. The eclectic decor, tasty poutine, and friendly staff add to the charm. Excellent beer choices, classy appetizers, and live music make for a fun dining experience. Overall, Korrigane is a cool brewpub worth visiting for a casual meal and a wide selection of beers, as well as a cozy spot for a hangout with friends. Don't miss out on the unique charm of this neighborhood watering hole.
The service is simply wow, the meals are delicious, no matter the dish, it is always good, the sttaf is warm and friendly! The terrace is beautiful. definitively in korrigane you will find the best ox and artisanal beer in town, nothing to desire other breweries.
In the korrigane, the sun emanates. Like a boat on the water, the beer flows! the cargo, always seasonal, offers the king's party and beer without pressure. drinking and eating is a spicy, which can never be forgotten. To the point of writing a poem!
Great food and large back terrace. the portion sizes were decent. I liked the vegetarian burger who burst with taste. the service was slow, although we were there early in the afternoon and the place was not so busy.
Great place for a beer. recommended as one of the top three “Brasserie’s” in the city. it wasn't disappointed. poutine was ok, probably wouldn't order again, the beer was excellent.
I recently went on a cruise through Canada and we stopped in Quebec City. I did some research on the best breweries to visit, and La Korrigane was on the list. We ended up walking there from the cruise terminal (after some sightseeing,) which is a bit of a far walk. It was well worth it though - the bartenders were really nice, easy to talk to, and gave us recommendations for our visit. The beers were pretty good and the food was even better. My partner ordered the wings (which he LOVED) and I had the poutine. I really enjoyed the poutine, although I've only had it twice so I don't have a whole lot to compare it to.If I hear that any of my family/friends are going to Quebec City, I would definitely tell them to stop here!
