They use... read more This place serves the best poutine I've ever had, featuring incredibly fresh cheese curds and finely ground meat with almost all the fat rendered out. They use just the right amount of gravy to hold everything together. Personally, I like a bit of acidity, so I usually add a pouch of vinegar to my regular-sized dulthon, which has been my go-to order for the past 20 years. I can't get enough of it and tend to stop by once a week when I'm in the area.
