I regularly eat DD Thai is the best Tofu pad Thai in Canberra. Your food is very good and cheap, do not let the place stand out. DD is welcoming and the service is fast. I never had to wait when I ordered a take, and if I'm okay, I waited minimally. Beef Rndang very hot is excellent, Ente Curry is the best I have eaten, and is now the only duck curry I eat. Sadly this was the worst Thai I have ever had. We ordered two dishes and one was inedible to the point we threw it out. The other was not much better. We ordered standard dishes like Pad Thai So didn’t expect them to be so horrible. We’re pretty relaxed people who can eat almost anything. This was our first and last time going to DDs. The food is incredibly delicious and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly, and the dining area is clean. I highly recommend this place. The chef is a Thai woman, so you can expect an authentic taste of Thailand.
I frequently dine at DD Thai, which offers the best Tofu Pad Thai in Canberra. The food is delicious and affordable, even if the restaurant itself might not stand out. DD has a welcoming atmosphere, and the service is quick. I've never had to wait long for takeout, and even when dining in, the wait is minimal. The Beef Rendang is exceptionally spicy and excellent, while the Ente Curry is the best I've ever had—it's now the only duck curry I order.
The chicken and tofu pad thai here is incredible. It's packed with plenty of vegetables, making it a healthy and wholesome dish. The service is great as well. This place is definitely worth a visit!
Yummy eats here. My faves are the chicken wings with sauce, padthai and pad see Ewe. Large hostel from friendly cook DD.... Although sometimes I noticed that when there are many orders, the foods tend to make it less delicious than as it should be.. But still Jum.
The quality here can vary. Great prices and decent thai food. Dd is very nice and service here is great.
