Was Anonym at Central Cafe a mag?
First ate here in the mid 70's and whenever in Queanbeyan I will ALWAYS go back, even after a number of change of owners the value for money is STILL first rate.What I would like to know is how one restaurant can continually serve up great wholesome food, that's fresh and hot at such reasonable prices.This time I had Cheesy Garlic Bread $5.90 and Salt and Pepper Calamari $18.90 and my wife had Roast of the Day (pork)... Or the lasagna. Waited 45 minutes for garlic bread and another 15 for our meals. Veges with the roast were cold carrots, chips and boiled potatoes with a funny cream on them. The lamb was ok but cut too thick. View all feedback.
This restaurant has excellent service and a great atmosphere.
The restaurant was quite pleasant! The coffee was just okay. The interior space was beautiful. I didn't have much interaction with the staff, so I can't comment on their attitude, but they seemed nice. God bless.
The staff at this restaurant were very friendly. We ordered toasties, which were not listed on the menu, but they were happy to accommodate our request and they were delicious. Overall, we had a great brunch experience. The price per person was between A$1-20, and we rated the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5 out of 5.
Really delicious baked eggs in home made baked beans! Friendly service too!
Absolutely loved it. The meal was delicious and could not have asked for anything better. From the beautiful waiting staff, to the amazing people behind the scenes…. You are all worth your weight in gold.
