Contribute FeedbackDining at a local McDonald's can be unpredictably variable. While some patrons celebrate the efficient delivery and fresh, enjoyable food, others report a chaotic atmosphere, inconsistent orders, and poor cleanliness. Issues such as undercooked fries, disorganized order lines, and malfunctioning facilities mar the experience. Staffing shortages and untrained employees further complicate matters, though a few enthusiastic staff members have shone through amidst the chaos. As customers navigate crowded spaces and varied food quality, it's clear that while some locations provide a model of service and cleanliness, others may leave diners yearning for a better alternative nearby.
We were puzzled as to why the customers in front of us took so long to place their order until we reached the speaker and discovered that the person taking the order struggled to get it right after three attempts. Then, after a friendly employee at the payment window, the employee at the food pickup window was not only unfriendly but also muttered something to my husband, giving him the incorrect order. When I pointed out that there was twice as much food as we had ordered, she frowned and blamed my husband for taking the wrong order. When we tried to return it, she informed us that she was not permitted to take it back and waited as if we should pay for what we did not order. She then reluctantly handed us the correct order with a very bad attitude.
Jennifer and Zoe were fantastic. We made a mistake with our order and had to make some changes at the drive-thru window. It was very busy and my children were getting anxious. Jennifer and Zoe stepped in to help calm my kids down. They even gave each of them a kids cone, which made their day! The next time we drive through Arizona and California, we will definitely make a stop to see the wonderful ladies J and Z at the McDonald's in Quartzite, Arizona.
This McDonald's location was one of the worst I have ever visited. The restaurant was extremely crowded, with only one person taking orders and the self-order kiosks were slow and inefficient, with some of them broken. The fries were undercooked and the large fry box was only half full. One of the two ice machines was broken, and the Sprite served was only carbonated water. The cleanliness of the bathrooms was also very poor. I understand that they were busy, but if they cannot provide proper service to all customers, they should limit the number of customers they serve. I would rather eat at any other restaurant in the area than at this McDonald's. I strongly suggest avoiding this location. There are plenty of other dining options nearby, and it would be wise to choose one of those instead. I wish we had.
Very over priced. The staff is super cool but it?s hard for them with the moment of customer they have to see. They need more help.
