This Carl's Jr was in Quartzsite. It was a steaming HOT day, so stayed for a bite to eat a cool down. It was good, but they didn't have milkshakes this particular weekend. The customer was a very nice lady. We ordered chicken strips. Very delicious, moist, white baked chicken. View all feedback.

I placed a pick-up order at 5:00 and when I arrived, the drive-thru was busy! I was instructed to go inside to let them know I was there. Mako, the service representative, was so friendly and told me she would bring out my order. In just a few minutes, she had my order ready and even went back inside because she remembered she forgot the ranch dressing. She came back out and was so sweet, saying she wouldn't have been able to sleep if she hadn't corrected the mistake. She is a fantastic employee! It's rare to find someone so hardworking, efficient, friendly, and caring in the service industry, especially in fast food, and she excels in all aspects. Not only that, but our entire order was 100% correct, even with customizations for each burger. Thank you so much for that! It's wonderful to come home and enjoy the food we purchased.

This was my first time at a restaurant like this, but when you're traveling, sometimes it's the only choice. The food was incredibly cold, the burger patty tasted like it had been sitting in a warmer for a while, and the french fries were terrible and cold. The service seemed unwelcoming and not hospitable at all - very cold and unfriendly. I've been in the food business for about 40 years, and if the staff is not happy, they should find something that makes them happy. It's definitely not working here. This was my first time, but I assure you, I won't be back. Chef D.
Each year the family takes a road trip to California and inevitably we stop at this particular restaurant to take a break from driving. It also happens to be next to a large Tesla super charger station which is desirable now that one of the family has aModel S. However, this last trip found the restaurant in even worse disrepair than the last time. The urinal in the mens roomwas seemingly still out of order since our last visit. The service was equally poor as our order taker got our order wrongdespite mentioning the specifics more than once. As a result both of our orders were prepared incorrectly. So please, if youdo eat here, check your receipt right away for any errors so that you might get them corrected before they make your food. Onour way back we ate at a different venue.
This is the new bar at Quick Serve restaurants. Higher prices to us, but quality decline from before. Chicken sandwich and burger meat was poor
