First we ordered esqueixada de bacallà (striped codfish that must bé served with fresh grounded tomato, onion,garlic and parsley) instead there was a plate with chocked codfish incredible salty with a bunch of oil, garlic and parsley... 2/10 Mu couple ordered escalivada (baked egplant, onion and pepper) not bad... I can 't say for sure It was canned... but It tasted like It....3/10 Main dishes were grilled chiken (correct... No Big deal) 6/10 and duck with pears wich tasted exactly like french canned duck... And instead of pears It was pruns and grapes... 2/10 After that... No way to try desserts...

Re... read more Came across this place by accident one day. Bit of an unlikely find as it is in the middle of nowhere but really glad we found it. Simply but very good food. Relaxed atmosphere and very friendly staff. Well worth going out of your way for.

We orderered tomato bread and salad as appetizers. Both were fresh and perfectly presented. Note this is a family style restaurant. The main courses were chicken and lamb. The chicken was especially tasty proving that great food comes from great raw materials and simple cooking. The alioli was perfection. Desert was goat cheese with honey. Mmmmmmmm! Service was like dining at home. A lot of care and attention and a willingness to accommodate special requests. This was my third time a Can Mascort 1 lunch and 2 dinners the food has always been consistently good. Definitely recommend this restaurant and, while out of the way, it is worth a visit.
