Terrible customer service and my drink was made incorrectly . Told them my drink was wrong and they tried to tell me how it should be made. I ordered an iced chai with pumpkin spice sauce, whip, and 2 different toppings. They gave me a warm drink with espresso added, in addition one of my toppings was left off my drink. If i could give them zero stars, I would. Every single time I come here my drink is made incorrectly. When you politely ask for it to be remade, the employees give you the longest blank stare like you've asked for something unreasonable. They either need new employees or need to actually put them through training. 0/10!!!!!

Deserves every 2 or 3 star it gets. The crème caramel frappucino I ordered tasted nothing like what I had enjoyed in Atlanta. It was predominantly ice, no creaminess. Why?
Meet a customer at a mutual place. The place was very clean and the cashier was very personable and the serve was excellent.
Love, absolutely love Starbucks! The food and drinks are amazing!
