Britt was so helpful and professional to deal with on my order. She went above and beyond to help me after I forgot to pick it up. She followed up with me and was very responsive. This type of customer service is rarely seen these days, but you can tell she loves her job and will go 110% to make sure the customer is happy and has a great experience.

My first time here. The young ladies are helpful. The food was delicious and fast! A lot of choices.

Food is good, but I am usually disappointed with their coffees and lattes. Service could use some work; they charge 3.5% to use a credit card, so I often pay cash, and calling ahead to place an order and paying cash on arrival usually requires a talking from a manager or more experienced employee to make that happen. The food is good and they have the human infrastructure in place to make changes, just got to be more flexible with customers (or not throw the credit card surcharge into customers). Great kosher restaurant. Some of the best bagels I've ever tasted. Been going here for years. The food is fresh and good environment is clean too. Great place to go for any occasion. Romela and the other workers always greet me with a smile and such friendly customer service.
