Whether dining in or getting pizzas delivered, we have always been satisfied with the service. I would like to give special recognition to Marilyn. When a family member with gluten intolerance visited, I had some concerns about ordering a gluten-free pizza from Papa John's for the first time. I called and Marilyn patiently answered all my questions, reassuring me about the precautions taken to avoid cross-contamination. She even personally made the gluten-free pizza and followed up a few days later to ensure everything went well. Considering that Papa John's is not a dedicated gluten-free establishment, accommodating allergies and sensitivities can be challenging. However, thanks to Marilyn's efforts, our family member had no adverse reactions after eating the pizza. Marilyn truly went above and beyond to ensure our safety, and we are grateful for her exceptional service.

I also called the store to explain the possible drop off complica... read more I ordered two XL pizzas online and scheduled the delivery at school (QMHS) right at dismissal. I also called the store to explain the possible drop off complication what with school buses, etc. The person answering the phone was friendly and very helpful, found my order and made sure the driver brought the pizza and drinks at exactly the right time so as not to get stuck in school bus student pickup traffic. The kids loved the pizza and I liked the pepperoni and the veggie pizza plus the banana peppers and garlic sauce included for free. I liked that there was a good choice besides caffeinated softdrinks and the kids really loved the Dole lemonade. The driver was very efficient and helpful and all in all it was a big win. Thank you!! I won't hesitate to order again!

How about our cooks need a new job? Make some pizza to put out so customers can get food on time not in ur time. Stay away.

Ice machine but no ice.enu is not correct on premises. Says bread sticks are dollar. They say they don't make bread sticks and have not in a year. Yet, they have not fixed the menu board about that and have not posted a sign saying the hours of the special. What is going on in that zoo ?
