Panera Bread - Quakertown

Please clean your well drink/ice machine. It's so disgusting. The chicken sandwich was good, but the chicken seemed undercooked or a strange mushy consistency. Hopefully it was just the way it was cooked. The staff always seems pleasant and nice to me. Online order was ready and well packed. Please clean the beverage machine that needs to be a health problem and maybe also check the chicken!

Wish the portions were not smaller and smaller... my bowl soup looked like a cup of soup.

Worst service came in to order breakfast got attitude from the worker. Then ordered my food and was processed wrong. Ran my card and claimed the transaction didn?t go through when clearly it went through my checking account. Was told to wait at the pick up area and got attitude from another worker. Should have went to Wawa! Nicer ppl and better service!

No longer a great Panera, the last trips were under par. I'm not back tonight. Just taste not as good as other places or catering. Many new places where they are? Place is garbage.

I tried to use a $10.00 Panera gift card at the Quakertown location and they wouldn't accept the card. When I came home, I called the phone number on the card to check the status and was told the card is active and has a $10.00 balance. But the Quakertown shop wouldn't honor it.
