Auntie Anne's - Quakertown

1 star is generous. I attempted to purchase a #1 pretzel combo (medium lemonade and cheese cup) and an additional pretzel. They tried to give me a caramel… and but switched it at least before putting it in the bag. We get in the car and the lemonade tasted like old lemons. I had my husband taste it to make sure I wasn’t crazy.We get all the way home and open the bag to see 1 pretzel AND it was literally as hard as a rock. Like could knock on wood and hammer in a nail hard. I drove back and they tried to tell me the lemonade was good and they had better pretzels. I politely asked for a refund and they gave it to me in cash instead of my card so they could keep the tip I had put on my card. Very, very disappointed with the entire experience but shame on me for thinking I could satisfy my Auntie Anne’s craving in a Walmart.

Second time in a row they sold me pretzels that were thoroughly burned on the bottom. Never again!

The staff was very helpful and the pretzels were top tier!

1:00 PM and if you want pretzel dogs you have to order in advance. Seriously. Regular pretzels sitting there for who knows how long. Waited in line for 10 minutes to walk away with nothing.

“I just opened and it could take another 20 minutes before I could make it for you.”I can wait 20 minutes.“Ok. Only then I can think if I should make your order”.
