Nice food and big environment. We found there at the CNY tag, the kitchen has to be very busy, as the time to be ready to be ready to be more than the other Chinese restaurant. We liked the food, but it's expensive to compare with other Chinese restaurants. View all feedback.

So Christmas day and I had originally planned to got to the Golden Century but I need to move the booking a half an hour earlier due to a quick and timely reminder that small human don't do tired well. The Golden Century was booked out so I decided to move it to the Century instead. We arrived a little bit early. That was OK we got seated straight away. The small male human unwrapped a Christmas present at the table. While this was happening I ordered wine, tea and tap water (which was to dilute the tea). The drinks arrived. We all got glass of water. The adults got the tea and wine glasses. My son got annoyed because he didn't get any tea and I was slowly going crazy. I ordered the steamed dim sim platter for the small male human. He said it was the BEST ever except for the couple he didn't like which were the wontons. This was 100% predictable. The deep fried salt n pepper prawns were awesome. The Beef with black pepper sauce was boring. The gai larn in oyster sauce was OK. We ordered steamed rice and the waiter served it once but I wasn't sure of the etiquette and I was already embarrassed by some bad manners so I ignored lack of rice. (Basically small male human was wearing sushi chef bandana, board shorts given by the Japanese side of my ex-husband's family). Over all I was very disappointed in the whole experience but the Century bad is a fair bit better than most bad places. I still prefer chef's Gallery.

Great service and the food was as big as always. We all enjoyed the meal. The Singapore-style Chili Mud Crab was delicious and the cocktails cooled.
I went there during the lunch break with my husband. We had a pair of dumplings, fried rice and salt and pepper squid. All dumplings were well done and tasted beautiful. I love her fish dishes, especially salt and pepper squid. It's easy and tastes great !! And the employees are also friendly and beautiful.
