I had an awful experience with the employee working on Sunday 10 January at about 1:00- 2:00 pm. The staff was very rude. She didn't accept my loyalty card even though i was entitled to get a free scoop. I bought 2 ice creams. One for me and one for my husband and she didn't give me either my free scoop or my stamp in my loyalty card. She was rude, extremely slow, unhelpful. Worse employee ever. I am so dissapointed.

Ice cream in Darling Harbour isn't cheap but we used Entertainment book vouchers to purchase the BOGOF double-scoop icecream. There is quite a selection of flavours to choose from and the ice cream scoops were surprisingly rather big. I personally chose the Espresso Croquant (coffee flavoured ice cream with coffee sauce and caramelised hazelnut pieces), which was creamy and had a strong coffee flavour.

Not the best. Pistachio was sugary and had candied fruit in it which killed the pistachio flavour completely. Hazelnut was alright. Creme brulee had good flavour but overall the texture of the ice cream was just so thick and heavy. Could barely finish and felt gluggy after. Idk maybe this ice cream is for some people but I choose gelato any day of the week.

Got the hollowest ice cream ball ever. The pictures displayed are misleading and the scoop I got couldn't hold onto the waffle cone and fell down to the bottom of the cone after several bites. Really frustrating.

Be nicer to customers. If you choose to put your business on Groupon, don't give us attitude when we buy the Groupon. It's just hypocritical and bad customer service. Waffles are like soft ass donuts and the ice cream isn't nice anyway- taste like it's made with stevia or something. Shakes were lacking in syrup/flavour so upon drinking tasted like milk, but strangely had a pungent aftertaste. Would rather pay less at gelatissmo for better ice cream and Max Brenner for waffles. The manager did not seem to care about explaining the options we had at all, and rolled her eyes impatiently while we were selecting our choices.
