We arrived in the evening, that is, it was time to clean the room but in all three rooms there is a pile of garbage on the floor. The smell of dead mice in one of the rooms is absolutely trash. Mice are running everywhere! There is no closet in the room, it is not clear where to put things. The building is weak, on the third floor it is generally very noticeable. There is no noise insulation at all! The restaurant was also a pleasant surprise. We don't cook most of the menu because there are no people and we don't buy products because they spoil quickly. But when you order, they say wait, I'll clarify because there were a lot of people today. There was an unpleasant situation with the order (we ordered via Viber in advance, while we were on the road, the order was incorrectly accepted), then they did not even try to correct the situation, because the order is accepted until 9:00 p.m., and at 9:05 p.m. that's all. Apologies well, it's time, we won't do anything. Portions are ordinary, and so is the kitchen, there was no wow. Cheesecakes none at all, even jam and sour cream did not save the situation. Receives guests, accepts orders, answers calls and so on one person! Because of this, the quality of service is very poor. I understand that it is difficult for one person to have time to do everything well, but as a customer, I want to receive at least normal service for my money! In Bukovel, for almost the same price as here, I ordered a room in a hotel with a spa and breakfast, and here there are only mice and a couple of items on the menu that are being prepared. I can write a lot more, but I want the owners to pay attention to at least this and take some measures to eliminate these shortcomings, because for such money to provide such conditions is simply a rip off!
