Pyengana milk café was a great place to eat for a bite. with space for the children to walk around and the menu had something for everyone. the scones are fantastic.
In the caffe and ordered the tasting cheese plate and a beautiful red. I was blown away from the local cheese varieties and the different intensities and variations. they really know their things. we bought the devil who had the chili chive etc. Views...were stunning
We left scottsdale and were looking for a caffe that served breakfast. the sign on the autobahn led us to this hidden gemstone. we went to a nice warm log fire to sit before our breakfast order. as a...big lover, this place was divine. have nothing better than having breakfast while on this absolutely beautiful view. the breakfast was delicious and also served large. we have read that it was a robotic milking system and so it went down to the chew to check it and watched how the girls come and go slept by the milking. it was great. so many cheeses choose from a beautiful small shop full of gifts and souvenirs. beautiful place, beautiful meals and if they are a cheese lover, then they are in the sky.
What a great place and people, we were stuck during the Targa rally that I could tell them at the end, it was worth it. we had a tour through the car milk shed (because it was a quiet day) the lady who spoke to me. my partner through the process was very knowledgeable and passionate about the farm. visit us
