I had a terrible experience today at the restaurant. I ordered 5 sandwiches through the mobile app and they were all made incorrectly. When I called to see if I could bring them back to be fixed, they said they couldn't do anything about it and would inform the manager tomorrow. I have always ordered from this place and never had any issues before. The employee I spoke with was unhelpful and didn't seem to care that the order was wrong. Overall, I was very disappointed.
I work in the same building on the other side of the wing and love this one! They normally only have 1-2 people working but work very fast and I’m out of there ASAP!
I was charged for 2 orders instead of one and was told by the employee working the extra charge wouldn’t go through. When it did, I emailed for a refund and was told to contact a Paul for a refund. I have emailed and called him multiple times over the past several months and he refuses to contact me back or refund my money. Avoid this location since they think it’s ok to steal money from customers!!!
Ordered and paid on the app, got home and 2 of the 3 sandwiches were wrong. Called the store and the staff wouldn't let me speak to a manager but took my number. I have only received 2 robo emails thanking me for being a customer and they are sorry the sandwiches didn't meet my expectations I simply want the sandwiches replaced or a refund for my order on 6/24 20.
I have visited this restaurant during my lunch break for the past three weeks. Each time, I have been the only customer and it feels awkward being there as if I am intruding. Additionally, two out of the three workers I have seen did not have their face masks worn properly. I understand that wearing masks can be uncomfortable, but it is important to follow proper safety guidelines.
