I wasn't sure why she... read more An hour after the restaurant opened, the woman working there hastily scribbled a note and slammed it on the door for me, with my delivery. I wasn't sure why she was upset with me. I tried calling to place an order, but when I asked what time they opened, she hung up on me. There is a Subway a few blocks down the river road on the opposite side. Despite the poor service, the scenic drive was still enjoyable.

The place is a mess (untidy, dirty tables and floors) and the supposed manager refused to serve me because I wasn't wearing a mask! She was worried about my health, but not enough to clean up the restaurant? Seriously?! The mandate is ending in four days anyway. I paid for my lunch, so she had no choice but to give it to me. If she's the manager, the owner should take notice. She was rude, unkind, and made some inappropriate comments under her breath as she walked away. I know good help is hard to find these days, but they can certainly do better than this. By the way, I noticed the same woman and her colleague not wearing masks when they came out from the back multiple times.

Terrible customer service. The young man working asked me 3 times what kind of bread while checking his cell phone WITH GLOVES ON! I have been a regular customer at this location for over a year. This was a new employee I've never seen who barley spoke English. While he was wearing gloves that he contaminated he had a long messy man bun and facial hair and was NOT wearing a hair net. Only veggies visible the meat and cheese were blocked from our view. Which is new! New owner has taken over and would not recommend going to this location. Owner lady was working in the back and fully aware of how this employee engaged in our transaction.

Just not good, at all. Wrong cheese, had to ask for my sandwiches toasted FOUR times, he still wrapped it up. Had him unwrap and toast and then it was like 30 secs. I had a Philly (I know, I should know better) and they only had onions (also this location has the cheese and meat case fully covered so couldn't see them yikes), which since the sandwich wasn't properly toasted, they were straight raw onion slices. There was one cookie left and it was a crumbling mess, but my daughter wanted it, so we went with it. Hardly any veggies. Yes, the restaurant is clean so that's something. $55 for 2 foot longs, a 6 inch, 2 drinks and chips. Never again!!
