Contribute Feedback What Ann Hibbard doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
I have eaten at over 100 McDonald's and this was the worst one. 310 31st avenue, Puyallup WA. How can a quarter pounder with cheese taste this bad? The grill had obviously been filthy because it had charred bits all over it (sandwich). There was only an appearance of condiments and pickles. The staff...well...not even interested in doing it right. Rude, nasty, unprofessional. etc. I've eaten better from a convenience... View all feedback.
I came in today to get milkshakes and fries for my granddaughters. When we tried to order, the cashier kept telling us that everything we ordered, they didn 't. One of my granddaughters then asked for an ice cream cone, she said they didn 't have them. The whole entire time she wore a bored face and spoke in a monotonous tone. She then asked if we wanted to order anything. My youngest granddaughter asked for four chickee-nugees and an apple juice, the other granddaughter asked for a small mocha frap and a small fries after that she looked up at me disapprovingly and asked me what I wanted. I said a cheeseburger and a small strawberry-banana smoothie. She then rang the order through and said it came to $21 and some change. I thought that was kind of steep for what we ordered, but I paid and we went and sat down. I happened to glance down at the receipt and saw that not only was she rude, she over charged me. She charged me $5.99 for a Happy Meal and .29 extra for the apple juice. There were people waiting for their food for a long time and to top it all off my granddaughter watched her make a frapp for someone else and then dip rinsed the blender container and then make hers in the same container. It 's really sad what some fast food restaurants have come to these days. We won 't be eating there again.
I ordered 4 sausage burritos and they were not fresh and it was hard to chew and eat. I left.

First time ordering a sandwich and almost ate a plastic paper on my sandwich.
I have nothing good to say about this particular McDonalds. The service is by far the slowest I’ve ever experienced, employees always seem angry and are generally rude and they will argue when you show them they made an order wrong. They also cost more than all other McDonald’s in the area.
