Olive Garden - Puyallup

The food was served cold and it took a while for the soup and breadsticks to be brought out. Our meal ended up arriving almost simultaneously. The service was slow and the manager had to assist in bringing out the food. The soup and alfredo dipping sauce were both thin and watery.

The staff was excellent. We were seated promptly, and our server, Taylor, was fantastic!

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. There was a long wait between the salad and main course, and one of the entrees was missing (the server brought the wrong dish). Despite two dishes being served, the third person at the table had been waiting for 10 minutes with no sign of their meal. When I mentioned the delays to the server, they became defensive and said the kitchen was backed up. It was 2:30pm, not exactly peak lunch time. This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience here; the last visit we waited 20 minutes to even be acknowledged by a server. If you want pasta, I suggest going somewhere else where your patronage will be appreciated.

I have been to Olive Garden many times and I can honestly say I have never been disappointed until now. My wife and I sat in the bar to avoid a 15 minute wait. We were approached fairly quickly and since we knew what we wanted we ordered our drinks(my wife soda, and me wine. We got our drinks and the food came in reasonable amount of time. This is where it went south. We are supposed to get unlimited salad and bread sticks, which we both love. I always have 2 glasses of wine with dinner but after the food came we did not see our server until we long done with our dinner. Nobody came by to ask if I would like more wine or breadsticks. We were there approximately 45 minutes and 30 of those minutes we were ignored. I will still return because we love the food but if I get poor service again all bets are off.

One of my favorite places to eat but this location is on point! My friend and I went for a dinner here a few days ago and service was impeccable. The server was very attentive, very courteous and so were all the rest of the employees. Food was so delicious as usual and I couldn't have asked for a better experience, worth every penny in my opinion. I wish I had gotten the server's name but I appreciate them all for feeding me and treating me well
