Went in at 8:27pm 1/7/2022 the girl that was working already closed when it's supposed to close at 9PM
I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I arrived at 7:20pm on February 19, 2022, only to find that the store was already closed and the employee was busy on her phone. It seems that the management needs to clarify what closing at 8pm actually means. There are plenty of other Subway locations in town, so we will be choosing to dine at one of those instead in the future.
3 stars for the Nice, helpful friendly employee- Was literally shocked to pay $29 for two foot long sandwich meals! That's insane for 2 sandwich's 2 bags of chips and 2 small drinks! Next time I'll go anywhere but here thats outrageous!
I recently completed the survey advertised on the bottom of my receipt at Subway. The survey promised a "sweet offer" in exchange for feedback. Upon completion, I was supposed to receive a code to redeem for 2 free cookies and a drink. However, when I tried to use the code, the owner informed me that it was invalid without a barcode, which I was never given. It seems that Subway is not following through on their promises and may be deceiving customers for their own gain.
