The Crossing presents a varied dining experience, leaving guests divided on its merits. While some patrons rave about the friendly staff and diverse, high-quality menu, others express dissatisfaction with inconsistent food preparation and outdated information on the restaurant's website. Though many appreciate the generous portions, particularly of the nachos and inventive burgers, others feel the upcharges for sides are excessive. Cleanliness also sparks debate, as some diners noticed a need for better housekeeping. Ultimately, The Crossing remains a recommended spot for its ambiance and certain standout dishes, though improvements are desired in service consistency and communication.

The food is excellent, and the staff are fantastic. However, the dining area could benefit from some additional housekeeping, as the ceiling fans need to be cleaned.

I stopped by for lunch with a good friend and arrived just before opening. They kindly let us inside to grab some soda. Our waitress was incredibly attentive and friendly, always making sure our drinks were filled, which I truly appreciated. The interior decor is lovely, especially since the restaurant is housed in an old railway building. This was my first visit, and I will definitely be returning!

The staff is friendly and the food is good. I recommend sticking to traditional dishes at this type of establishment. I tried the pastrami sandwich and fries, which were excellent. My friend had the chicken wrap, and he enjoyed it as well. You can't go wrong with a turkey sandwich or a burger if that's what you prefer. It's best to visit when it's not too busy, as the noise level can get high, but the spacious high ceilings prevent it from feeling claustrophobic.
