The staff at this restaurant is polite and attentive. We absolutely adore the food - it's delicious! I especially enjoy the shredded cabbage with sesame seasoning and the shrimp tempura.

The staff is polite and attentive, consistently checking in to see how we are enjoying our meals - a gesture that really impressed me. This is something I haven't experienced at other restaurants. I particularly enjoyed the shredded cabbage - it's my favorite! Overall, a thumbs up for this restaurant - it left us with happy tummies.

Despite the negative reviews from others, our experience at Tonkatsu By Terazawa was very satisfying. Our family loves Tonkatsu, and they serve some of the best we have ever had. Personally, I am a fan of oysters and they serve some of the largest I have ever tasted. The manager informed us that they are imported, although I can't remember the country source (signs of aging, hahahaha). I also enjoyed the shredded cabbage with sesame seasoning. If you have a Bistro group VIP card, you can save on your dining fees. I often bring colleagues here for lunch. If you're craving Japanese food in the South, this is the place to go. Kids will also enjoy the popular Nuvali koi pond across the restaurant.

We tried the pork fillet tonkatsu with curry sauce. The meat was not fresh; the pork fillet was thin without crispy surface. The rice was not well cooked. Even though the staff explained it was Japanese rice, maybe the problem was they didn't know how to cook it right. But it's udon tastes fine. Manager asked our opinion on the food. We told him the truth; he immediately said the chef could recook our order. He even gave us discount. His service was the compensation to our disappointment. Hope they could improve their food quality.

Mostly all deep fried dishes. Very limited non deep fried selection. Not your really good Asian restaurant. Good and clean, ok decor. Just limited selection.
