And the terrace is abso... read more It's a great resort, you can't complain, but for a 4-star hotel, it's completely unacceptable. Take a look at my photos of the bathroom. And the terrace is absolutely terrible. How can they let it go to such a shambles? The only good thing was the service in the evening, which was excellent. And then the food selection, the same thing every day, that's not right. We paid a lot of money, we're not rich people, so you could ask for more, right? And one more thing on my own behalf: Rügen is great, but incredibly expensive for a family; you have to spend around €100 just to eat out. Each dish costs around €20 to €25. Parking every 15 minutes costs €1, drinks around €6, which adds up to a lot of money

We have experienced many changes and have always been very enthusiastic and convinced by the hotel, the service (the staff) and the location. Unfortunately, over time we have noticed that there are some things that have changed. Unfortunately for us, breakfast has changed a lot. This was always VERY OUTSTANDING in all things... The buffet used to be very extensive, visually very appealing and the selection of dishes was also much better. Unfortunately, this has waned a lot and we miss the “old days” when we really looked forward to breakfast in a great atmosphere. Of course we know that there have to be changes here and there, but we noticed this very much at breakfast. Unfortunately

The BBQ burger, the schnitzel, and the fried fish... simply delicious. Thanks to Nicole and Ben in the kitchen... you did a great job. Keep it up.
