After my stay on 01.11.-05.11.2022, I wanted to pay my bill. I was charged total costs for 2 people, although I had already informed the hotel on 21.10.2022 that I would arrive alone and had confirmed this in writing. I was informed that I displayed the cancellation on the wrong way and so it was invalid. To my question, why have I not been made aware of it and have called me the right way at the same time, I got no answer at all. You got the full sum, wished me a nice day and that was it. An evil awakening with sad, costly end!
A very quiet hotel with a small spa area. The food is excellent and the breakfast is plentiful.
It's a great resort, you can't complain, but for a 4-star hotel, it's completely unacceptable. Take a look at my photos of the bathroom. And the terrace is absolutely terrible. How can they let it go to such a shambles? The only good thing was the service in the evening, which was excellent. And then the food selection, the same thing every day, that's not right. We paid a lot of money, we're not rich people, so you could ask for more, right? And one more thing on my own behalf: Rügen is great, but incredibly expensive for a family; you have to spend around €100 just to eat out. Each dish costs around €20 to €25. Parking every 15 minutes costs €1, drinks around €6, which adds up to a lot of money
