It would be helpful if the restaurant were actually open. How can we make a reservation at a place that isn’t operating?

I made a reservation, but unfortunately, the restaurant is closed.

We turned up to celebrate our anniversary, my booking was confirmed but the restaurant appeared to be closed down, so not a good experience
