La Pizzeria Obia - Purley

I was surprised to be asked for a review since my reservation was canceled due to the unfortunate closing of Obia.

If the restaurant is still operating, how can we make a reservation at a place that isn't open?

We were celebrating our anniversary and my reservation was confirmed, but when we arrived, the restaurant appeared to be closed. Unfortunately, it was not a good experience.

I booked a table at Obia through Opentable for last Sunday even got a reminder the day before. Got to the restaurant to find it was closed no explanation or a phone call to let me know they had a problem. To say I was angry would be an understatement especially as this was meant to be a birthday celebration and my friends had traveled down from far. This experience has put me off going to this restaurant as the customer service is appalling.
