Menu
Here you will find the menu of The Royal in Purfleet. At the moment, there are 12 dishes and drinks on the list.
Nestled along the picturesque banks of the River Thames, this restaurant offers a blend of experience for its patrons. Visitors praise the delightful staff for their professionalism and warmth, creating a welcoming atmosphere. While the location is ideal—close to the train station and shops—a recurring theme points to inconsistencies in room quality, with some guests reporting cleanliness issues and outdated decor. Although the onsite kitchen was under refurbishment, the cozy bar remains a highlight. With its unique ambiance and scenic views, the restaurant may suit some, but potential guests should manage their expectations.

Was Barthez at The Royal a mag?
Great located hotel on the bank of the river Thames, if you are lucky enough you can see huge cargo or navy ships just outside the hotel. Rooms are fine, clean and cozy, prices are reasonable and I didn't expect gold handles. I'd stay here again if I were in the area. Rooms: Rooms are quite nice and clean, some of them offer a river view, Food drinks: There is a pub on site, unfortunately the kitchen was under refurb... View all feedback.

The restaurant is conveniently located in the center of London, making it a great spot for contractors. The bar is nice and the rooms are warm and clean, with comfortable beds. I will definitely return again. There is also a decent kebab shop nearby. The rooms are ideal for men working away from home. The bar is well stocked, but there is no food available. There are a few shops nearby, though. Overall, I would rate the restaurant 4 stars.
When I was entering in the room the ugly smell hit me. I was disgusted, we had the room 24, an old room with dirt, mold, and very cold. They put me to introduce my card details on a form for the room bar, but in this room wasn’t a mini bar. So no, I do not recommend! Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
This restaurant has a beautiful and unique aesthetic with a wonderful staff. The rooms, though old, are well-maintained to meet modern hospitality standards. The view of the Thames from the restaurant is spectacular and a walk by it is very relaxing. The train station is conveniently close by. Overall, the restaurant is well located in the middle of Purfleet. I would rate this restaurant 4 out of 5.
In one word... terrible... the rooms smell, they charged me 50£ for smoking in the room... I don't even smoke... Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
