Another customer came to counter to exchange... read more We walked in , there was one person in line waiting to be served, there was 4 workers all working on drive through. Another customer came to counter to exchange his food and a young lady helped him instead of helping the lady that had already been waiting. She helped him then went back to helping drive through. She left and we were still waiting watching all of them working on drive . I dont usually complain since i have worked fast food too, but two of them could have worked on drive while two worked on front. We love taco mayo but that was no way to run a store.

What made this experience horrible was the older store manager. I walked into the restaurant around 11 AM. The manager was reprimanding an employee. The ENTIRE dining area could hear it. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

There was severe weather and they gave... read more Stopped in for a quick bite while traveling. This location was very clean and the staff was so professional and friendly. There was severe weather and they gave detailed locations so we could gather our bearings and avoid it. The cashier lady came to our table to check on us, and this was nice since none of the others do this. Everything was made perfect. The cashier even alerted us that there was a potential that another item could have been in contact with an item that someone in our party had allergies with instead of just leaving them off of the order.
