Been going here for 20 years until today. Went in for afternoon tea. Milk arrived in a chipped jug, tray plonked down in front of us and no apology when a fresh jug arrived after I commented. There were also a number of extras' to the meal which we enjoyed. Good wine list too.
The most reasonably priced afternoon tea in the village. great scones with cream and jam. Not enough seating on a busy day though.
