What Anonym dislikes about Old Tavern:
Don 't go to this place, the people here may deceive you. On the menu they sell piña colada 's at 6 euro 's a piece. However, when you ask for the bill they charge you 50 cent extra because that is how it is registered in the cash register (6,50) . This bar was next to our hotel so visited a few times for drinks and daytime tapas on our recent holiday and one night there was a heavy storm so we ran here and ended up staying for our evening meal, we really enjoyed everything and joked with the waiters that my vodka and orange had so much vodka it must have had orange colouring added and we also found the prices to be very reasonable so couldnt quite beleive all the bad reviews were of the same place
A lovely pub situated near the town centre, quite traditional, good for tapas, drinks and a few sreeens showing sport etc.
Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and good coffee
This is a great local bar, family friendly, filled with locals. There’s always a friendly face, good music, and a football game on the television. Whether you want a coffee, beer, rioja, tinto con limon or a bottle of water, it’s comfortable inside or out. You’ll start to recognize the same friendly faces. You might even catch a glimpse of a photo of “Old Tavern Rd.” street sign taken in the States behind the bar!
