The food is lousy, if you can appreciate the sarc... read more I hate to give this little tidbit away but Toro is THE go to resturant while visiting Hard Rock in Punta Cana. The food is lousy, if you can appreciate the sarcasm. My server, Juan, made my experience worth while. Initially he serviced me at another restaurant on the resort and made the extra effort to get my significant other some ice from another restaurant on the premises. I truly enjoy this place.
