Punta Cana Hostel

The food is incredible!!! Basic equipment, a small pool. Go to the shops. The staff is nice. A standard house. But it has a lot of personality. José is very helpful. I had a vegetarian Dominican breakfast. Amazing. The iced tea was great!

Excellent location. However, the owner/host was a bit rude. A thiefLack of security, only lock at the door. No front doors or extra entrance gate to keep strangers out. If one of the room mates dont lock your shared door, your stuff is at high risk. We had a thief come into our room first night because one of the room people didnt lock the door. The thief tried to steal our stuff at 3am in middle of the night. No lockers to protect your valuables Showers are clogged. No outside showers to clean yourself off after beach. Cockroaches are common in the room Kitchen has no microwave Music is loud constantly playing at the reataurant Good breakfast with good natural juice Friendly restaurant staff. Easy to meet other travelers because limited hostel options. Not much options here. All affordable hotels seem to be booked all the time. The other 2 hostel options are GAVA and EcoHostal. Basic accommodation with A/C. No hot water. Comes with breakfast. Service not commendable. Staff weren't friendly.
