In short, the location, rooms and the hosts make it a fantastic stay. Very recommended. If you are interested in details, read on. Pros: A family-friendly accommodation near the beach, pick-up spots for several excursions and local markets and food options. I didn't need transport during my stay, everything was walkable. Marcos and Magdalena are the best hosts I've ever met! They are very friendly, informative and nursing. Marcos is a very good cook that I feel like it's his favorite hob. On some occasions I believed something and he didn't even make it on the menu for me. I just spoke by phone and maybe my hand stopped once or twice to keep mosquitoes away. Magdalena came with mosquito repellant spray and a spool. Staff Juan, Rosy and Victor are also great people and would go out their way to help you. I asked Victor who was at the reception when I checked in where I found a local Sim and he went and got one for me in 10 minutes. These people made me feel like they were a family and I stayed away from home. Rooms are decent and spacious I was in a one bedroom suite and felt bigger for my needs. It was very well cleaned and well maintained. Food, drinks and minibar in the room are all inexpensive and the food from their kitchen is simply super delicious! The place offers young people and families alike you can ask for excursions, beach, neighborhood, things to do and they will help you. Cons: The beach nearby has a lot of seaweed. Nothing that the hotel can do anything near resorts is the same problem. As soon as I came across this fact, the beach was pleasant. This property has a lot of green that is good during the hot weather, but that brings mosquitoes. So, please wear your mosquito repellant or get one from there right away. If you drive in a forest or a trip to Hacienda Park, take the mosquito repellant. Do not expect luxury rooms and total property to make you feel more at home than luxury. For the price, however, it offers much more value. Endnote to food: While making fantastic local and American food, I was totally surprised when Marcos Indian style masala ei fry (Indian Street Food) based on a brief description I gave him. It was delicious!!! I am a great nutritionist and my luck knew no limits when I found Indian street food taste in Punta Cana completely about imagination!

Amazing hotel and excellent location! Fantastic staff and excellent breakfast! Stay here for two weeks and my only regret is no longer. For the price of this hotel, the high quality of service is hard to believe. Cosy room that is essentially very clean. Breakfast is hearty and comes with decisions. Beautiful natural environment they put a lot of effort to maintain. The owners will feel you at home and the location is literally 3-5 minutes walk away with the beach. Nearby clubs and other restaurants are all within walking distance; but my favorite food came from here. Outstanding chefs and attentive servers that really have the trouble to make your holiday amazing! Thank you Riviera Punta Cana Eco-Travelers Hotel!

Good value for the price. Excellent for those who don't like resorts. This hotel is located 3 minute walk from the beach. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Good and delicious breakfast. Staff was extremely helpful and nice.
