Natura Park Beach Eco Resort

We have booked a standard room when my husband and children arrived, we were impressed by the number of birds in the hotel, It is nice to wake up in the morning with these songs and the best thing is that you can feed it, according to the beautiful views that will be enjoyed every day. I can't help but mention the food, the tasty, the entertainers laugh and laugh, and the reception and customer service team are quite professional. Thanks to the staff who made this holiday to the best Gloria and Carlos from the reception, ALL the animation guys who dance under the sun like nothing and the lady who cleaned our room in the building.

I will begin to say that we were here in Oct.2018, so some things would have changed. Although there were one or two things we did not like, the 10 days I spent there were honestly the best 10 days of my life, I was in a few places around the world, but Natura Park and Punta Cana as a whole was the best vacation I ever had, I felt the true meaning of relaxation and forget about everything bad in this world while I was there. It was wonderful. The resort: As the name says, its true garden, with many exotic birds, flowers, trees, close to nature you can get. Large pools for swimming, alleys for walking, wonderful (private/guarded) beach with sufficient sunbeds, a perfect small bar with local music and paradise like water. Rooms: Very large rooms, with balcony and clean bathrooms with bathtubs (not showers), TV, AC and fan, cleaned daily, minibar in stock daily. Staff: We had contact with maybe 9-10 people while we were there, and each of them treated us as if we were long friends of life and tried to accommodate us in any way. From reception to cleaning ladies, bartenders and waiters, even the local guides we had a few day trips with, they are all wonderful people who appreciate you as a customer and visitor in Punta Cana. Food and Beverage: If it exists in this world, you have it here. For breakfast, lunch or dinner the variety was overwhelming and even someone like me, who is more picky with food, will be happy with what is offered. Day trips: There are many of whom you can choose, I went into a few of them, but most are unforgettable those, the Saona Beach and Santo Domingo. The guide was brilliant and answered all the questions we had, and he could be wonderful about fun and enjoyment on the beach and boat trips to be serious while telling us about the history and architecture of Punta Cana. Conclusion: I would definitely recommend this place for your vacation and it is my dream to a day able to visit it again.

My family and I were on a trip last week from Friday to Friday. When we arrived, we had an excellent service from the reception. They were quick to explain what we had to know and even provided a card and 2 room keys for each of us. We didn't even have to take our bags to our room. There was always someone in the resort who woke up and cleaned up. The resort staff was always polite and welcomed you as you go, especially Jesus, the reception manager and his entire reception team. The food in the four restaurants was great. The waiting staff always checked whether drinks were filled in restaurants. We even went from the resort and had no problems. I would recommend this resort to everyone!

We were just one night in this hotel due to problems with our flight home. we had problems with our first room we took when it seemed funny and not clean. Juan Luis at the reception, however, brought us into a new room and it was nice. He made us so welcome and his customer service skills were amazing. He went the extra mile to feel comfortable. We really appreciated it!!! Gloria at the reception was also beautiful, so friendly and welcoming. Thank you for your short stay great!

I recently went with a few friends to the Natura Park resort and spa. We had a fabulous time! I definitely plan to be a repeat customer, I hope to go back again next year. You do need to be aware the need to only drink bottled water; even the staff of NP only drink that. But that's for wherever you go in Punta Cana, it's not a reflection on the resort. The resort is beautiful, and I like the fact that they are environmentally friendly. Not many Americans there, but I didn't find a problem with that at all. The staff all speak English, and are very helpful. We had a wonderful time!
