What My P doesn't like about El Hoyo 19:
First a la carte restart we visited at the resort. We were 10 minutes before our reservation and they would not seat us until our time. Service is extremely lacking here. It took an hour to get appetizers and another 40 minutes to get the mains. A dessert order was taken shortly after we started eating and was served on top of our mains. Carlos our server was great. Steak was delicious.. there was supposed to be a dress code for men but we saw men in shorts and on sandals. Definitely going back for that Steak.. salad bar was amazing!

As soon as we discovered this restaurant it elevated our experience at the resort. The staff were always professional and polite. The food was very good all four of us enjoyed going there every day. We thank all the staff and the manger who made this place so good. Martin and Rachel
