The Cartel very interesting name and a theme to match it. Pricing is good,, Cocktails are nicely done... Privacy is damn sweet.. nice view from the 2nd floor too. This place came to me as Quite interesting as they also have a club-like lounge on the 1st floor too.. and yes to top it all the Music was awesome too ;P View all feedback.

It rains offers here everytime and Damn do they have some heavy interior work done!! You just cannot visit the cartel and not be flabbergasted with their woody...
