This simple store just off Punchbowl Road is a great place to find all your Lebanese sweets and biscuits. It also has a great selection of home made Lebanese style ice cream. Very nice and you can eat in or take away. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Rabieh Sweets and Gelato:
The place is simple which I like, the quality of sweets is not consistent. They only great if they are fresh. Service can be better. the car parking is available. View all feedback.

I bought 900 gm around a kg of ice cream and it was bad. They charged me for the corns and I was fine with it,yet at least give me the ice cream I want. The flavor is not consistent at all. The worst Ice cream I had, tasted like a dyed Ice. I had to throw most of it.

This place wouldn't be termed a restaurant, but more of a middle eastern dessert bar. They have mountains of the best baklava I've ever tasted and I've tasted a lot! Forget the substandard restaurant versions, because at Rabieh that's what they specialise in, and they do it SO well! The variety of baklava is extensive, but they also have some halva (like ricotta filled pastries that dreams are made of! And to top it off, they make their own gelato on the premises, and it's insanely good! Try the raspberry it's incredible! I live an hours' drive away from this place, but I have taken my extended family and some friends there now they're hooked too. If you want a fantastic meal beforehand, drop in to Jasmin's which is a 1 minute walk around the corner and sample their delicious food (tiny menu, but everything on it is delicious! , and leave room to pop around the corner to Rabieh for dessert. Neither place is flashy (laminate tables, no tablecloths, paper serviettes, simple decor , but that doesn't detract from this amazing quality, extremely inexpensive food. Rabieh will do takeaway in case you've eaten too much beforehand or you want to go home with the dessert. The only thing missing is that they don't serve coffee, which is a shame. Oh, and it's open till 10 nightly.
Slow service but apart from that I was overcharged for hald a kilo of knefe $20). can't exactly go back for a refund I'm a fair way away. they weren't busy so no reason for stuff up
