Congrats to Ni... read more I have eaten at many of the top places in NYC, Chicago, Seattle, and San Francisco, and Black Cypress is just as good or better than all of them. Congrats to Nick Pitsilionis and Black Cypress, and all their great staff. Cory, Graham, and Douglas are class A bartenders, and their servers Caitlin, Luke, Chelsea, Andrea, Trevor, Nicholas, and others whose names I cannot remember right now are simply superb. All of my out of town visitors always ask the same thing, Can we go to Black Cypress.
