The Black Cypress
Description
Nestled in a charming locale, Black Cypress Restaurant presents a captivating blend of ambiance and culinary artistry. Patrons often rave about the thoughtfully curated menu featuring perfectly cooked meats, delightful desserts, and attentive service. Highlights include their acclaimed lamb and the exceptional B.C. Brownie. However, experiences can vary; some diners have encountered issues with oversalting and service lapses. While most reviews emphasize the restaurant's warmth and the quality of its offerings, a few missteps remind us that consistency can be elusive. Overall, Black Cypress remains a beloved spot with many looking forward to returning for a memorable meal.

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was fantastic! The salmon steak was especially tasty. I would definitely return to this restaurant.
Wonderful experience!! We started off with Black Cypress Dip. It was great! The Roasted chicken and Grilled Portabella didn't match my taste buds well. My favorite part of the meal was the B.C. Brownie and Bread Pudding. Everyone should definitely try them! I’m quite impressed with the perfect blend of sweetness, richness, and perfection in the desserts.
I had an amazing experience! The food and service were excellent. Our waitress was friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend trying one of their many appetizers before your main course.
We had a wonderful meal at this restaurant, and we were happy to take a slight detour to reach it. The roast chicken was fantastic—juicy with flavors that matched perfectly. My only complaint was the kale and bread that came with it. Personally, I see kale as more suitable for horses, and the bread ended up getting soggy. For dessert, we had the goat cheese panna cotta, which was incredibly light and simply divine.
Best cocktails I’ve had since Tokyo! I gave the bartender a description of what I wanted and he made the perfect drinks to the “T”. My wife and I are expecting, and baby nausea is making dinners a wild experience lately, but the bartender made her a non-alcohol ginger cocktail that made her feel better and let us enjoy the experience! Chicken was tender and had a flaky baked skin and well seasoned kale bed. Bread pudding was perfect texture and I’m 100% the make their own ice cream in-house. Dining in Pullman and want to be well taken care of? Go here, you’ll enjoy every bite.
