I especially like that they offer fantastic vegan snacks su... read more I have thoroughly enjoyed all of my purchases at this restaurant, and the ambiance is very pleasant. I especially like that they offer fantastic vegan snacks such as vegan jerky, vegan stroopwaffels, and tasty vegan chips (the sour cream and onion flavor is particularly good). However, they tend to have a limited selection of baked goods, with only 5 options available today, and 4 of them being gluten free. While I understand the importance of offering gluten free options, as someone who prefers items made with wheat flour, I sometimes find the lack of variety disappointing. There have been occasions when I have visited and only gluten free options were available, which was a bit disappointing for me. Despite this, the gluten-containing items I have tried have been excellent, and I will continue to come back for their snacks and occasional treats.

The chocolate chip and brownie co... read more I visited this restaurant while in town to grab some goodies. Just a heads up, they have summer hours and don't open until 11. The chocolate chip and brownie cookies were really delicious (although they could have been a bit fresher, hence the 4-star rating) and my son really enjoyed his cupcake.

I purchased one of everything they ha... read more I am thrilled to have discovered an all-vegan restaurant in Pullman! I found out about it online and visited the next day. I purchased one of everything they had available, but they tend to sell out quickly as they bake fresh items throughout the day. I was lucky to grab an orange earl grey scone right as it was put out! The apple pie donuts and funfetti cookies were absolutely delicious. They also have a small gift shop with vegan treats like no whey candy. As of June 9, 2022, I have noticed that they continue to improve. It seems like they update their recipes occasionally, as the cookies now look different and taste even better than my first visit. I appreciate that they frequently change their offerings as well.

The presentation could improve by moving away from plastic clamshells. The flakey dough leaves a layer of fat on the top of your mouth, so there is an opportunity to improve there. Overall, a great addition to our downtown.

I tried the chocolate chip and brownie cookies which were really good, although they could have been a bit fresher (I would rate them 4 stars). My son absolutely loved his cupcake.
