Subway - Pullman
Subway
Description
At this Subway location inside the Walmart SuperCenter, diners report a mix of experiences. While some patrons praise the consistently delicious food and the friendly, efficient staff, others have faced disappointing service. Instances of poor communication, long wait times, and lack of focus on customer orders have been highlighted. However, customers do appreciate the cleanliness of the establishment and the staff's commitment to hygiene. It seems that while the restaurant has dedicated and talented employees who strive to assist amidst a busy environment, improvements in customer service consistency would enhance the overall dining experience.

Feedback
Had a sandwich artist be condescending to my wife about the order in which a slider was made even though it was one of his coworkers who would have been responsible of the mistake if there even was one. Completely rude and in need of either career change or serious customer service training. Whoever owns this franchise needs to see there is many reviews like this.
Waited so long to pick up my take out and I wish they wear mask while making sandwiches
I have attached a photo below that shows rusty, slimy lettuce throughout my meal. When I asked for fresh lettuce, the staff member refused, stating that’s just how their lettuce always is. I pointed out that some of it was rotten and wouldn’t meet health board standards, but she maintained that they wouldn’t be replacing it. If you click on the picture, you can see the condition of the lettuce for yourself.
At checkout, I noticed they automatically prompt for a tip, which I found unnecessary as a customer. I opted to pay in cash instead, and it was clear that the staff were not pleased with my choice. From this point on, I will be enjoying my sandwiches at Jimmy John's. Subway has lost a loyal customer! I can't help but wonder what has happened to the quality of Subway; it used to be so good, but now it just doesn't cut it.
