Was Mark Coulston at Pullman Tavern a mag?
Although this tavern reminded me of the biker bar in PeeWee 's Big Adventure , the occupants were fairly tame and friendly. The owner was bartending and was very welcoming. Sitting at the bar, we watched the cook/waitress preparing our lunch right before our eyes. The burger was great, by the way, and he French fries top notch.. View all feedback.

I discovered this hidden gem of a dive bar after playing golf at Hawkshead. I had the pleasure of meeting some fantastic staff and friendly locals! The bar burger was excellent, and the deep-fried appetizers were delicious! One of the locals even brought in a bucket of freshly picked blueberries! Definitely a 5-star dive bar!
What a fantastic small business restaurant! The staff were exceptional and took care of all my needs. I'm so grateful that you’re open. Thank you!
The Pullman Tavern was surprisingly different from what we expected, and my family can be quite critical at first glance (though not me!). The exterior of the tavern isn't very inviting; in fact, we almost thought we had the wrong place. However, upon entering, we found a cozy little hole-in-the-wall bar with limited seating, filled with what seemed to be local regulars enjoying their time at the bar and around the pool table. It’s not suited for larger groups; seating is best for parties of four or five. We managed to snag a table for four by the only window, and the friendly bartender promptly handed us some menus. The menu featured classic bar food like burgers, wings, and sandwiches. My wife and daughter ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and chicken tenders, respectively, both paired with fries. My son and I opted for chicken wings—mine with hot sauce and his with BBQ. To my surprise, the food came out quickly, and the wings were some of the best I’ve had in a long time! The fries were tasty as well. My wife found the grilled chicken sandwich to be just okay, but she tends to nibble at her food, while my daughter really enjoyed the chicken fingers, especially with the BBQ sauce. Being a bar, there was plenty of lively conversation around us, but nothing my teens haven't encountered before. The bartender was exceptionally friendly and attentive, which added to the positive experience. I’d recommend the Pullman Tavern if you don’t mind the old bar vibe, but I wouldn't suggest it for young children. My teens were comfortable in the atmosphere.
We came in on a lunch break, found a new stop, they have good food, good beer on tap and a friendly environment l. We will definitely be stopping again.
Great Local pub. Was passing through on a motorcycle. My Girl and i passed by it easy to miss) turned around because it looked like a good local saloon. Had 6 bikes sitting outside. At first, I thought it may have been a clubhouse . I have good intuition when it comes to deciphering a saloon from a pub . This saloon was exactly that A Great ole’school Saloon and full of good local folks sitting out front on the patio/beer sidewalk eating good food, talking &telling stories while enjoying some good laughs. Acouple of the local kats came over to welcome us, it was a Great stop. we’ll be back next again and next stop we’ll show up with empty bellys to enjoy some of that good food we saw the folks eating . thanks for the hospitality. Cheers!

Sue provided excellent service, and the pulled pork was fantastic. The onion rings were very good as well, and the tavern basket was a great choice.
I always have excellent burgers and top-notch service at this restaurant. It's a place I really enjoy dining at when I'm on vacation.
