Plum Modern Chinese - Pullman

This restaurant is fantastic! The Chinese food here is exceptional and full of unique flavors. The owner is incredibly hardworking—he was both my waiter and the cook—and although the wait for the food was a bit longer than expected, it was absolutely worth it. His generosity really stood out, and I highly recommend coming here. The Jiang Bao chicken was incredible, and the twice-cooked pork was equally delightful!

I can't wait to return and explore more of the menu. The dark-tinted windows may seem unusual from the outside, but they really enhance the feeling of privacy inside. The interior is both elegant and modern, yet there's still room for improvement. The service was friendly and attentive, without being intrusive. I can hardly express how incredible the food is. Each dish is bursting with flavor, like a refreshing breath of fresh air, and I’m excited to try something new on our next visit to Plum.

Best Chinese food I've ever had! I'm from Seattle, and this is even better than any Chinese food on the West Coast! My favorites were the Kung Pao chicken and the green onion beef. The chow mein was also fantastic—super tasty and not greasy at all! You have to check this place out!

Great taste, stylish atmosphere, delicious drinks choices, and something new/differential to Chinese food in Pullman. I highly recommend it!

Excellent food. They use fresh ingredients and it shows. The chef knows authentic Chinese. I love Chinese food and this is the best place I’ve had.
