My husband and I are big fans of Chinese cuisine and moved to Pullman last year. We were on the hunt for the best Chinese restaurant and we've finally discovered it! This charming little café serves incredible food. Everything tastes as if it’s made from scratch and is very hearty. It’s definitely worth the price! View all feedback.
What Roslyn White dislikes about Minh's:
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant; it was some of the worst Asian food I've ever had. Even the rice wasn’t cooked properly. I wouldn’t recommend dining here. View all feedback.

Big servings and literally everything on the menu is good. The family that runs it is also super nice.

I'm in love! I just finished their tofu pho, and I'm already dreaming about going back!
The only downside is that the indoor dining area can get quite smoky, which makes my eyes sting and can make it difficult to breathe, even with the door open. However, I don't hold this against the restaurant, and it doesn't stop us from getting food here. The entire staff, along with Marcus the corgi, are fantastic, and the food is the best in the Pullman and Moscow area.
We visited this restaurant after being away from Pullman for 14 years. The food and service are still fantastic, just as we remembered from our college days. The variety and value are truly impressive. My personal favorites are the steamed buns and fried tofu. Although I'm not a vegetarian, I really enjoy tofu, so I ordered the sesame fried tofu, which was delicious. The menu also offers a great selection of vegetarian options.

Overall, things are great! It's one of the few pho places in town.
Overall, the experience was wonderful. They even washed the bean sprouts we bought. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent.
The food was excellent. The hot and sour soup, which was priced at $6.90 for a small bowl, was delicious but a bit on the expensive side.
I had the special pho, which has rare beef, tendon, and beef balls. The broth tastes like it comes from powder rather than being boiled down. The rare beef was good as was the tendon, the beef balls had a slight freezer burned taste and were grisly. On the table were Sriracha and Hoisin, we asked for sate and were given a garlic chili oil. As far as Vietnamese food goes, this is about a 6 1/2-7 out of 10 compared to Seattle but is a good way to satisfy that craving.
Edit 2023: Minh passed away a few years ago I was SO sad! , and Mindy, his wife who was always so friendly and welcoming, also no longer works there. I think the family sold the business to another family ? . I only went there once after Minh 's passing, and the menu and staff had changed. So, the review below is about the Old Minh 's. I love this place. Like others have said, judge by the food and not the decor. Some of my personal favorites: Beef with Tomato Noodle Soup, Bibimbap, Dwaeji Bulgogi Korean spicy pork, served with kimchi of course . My son likes the boiled beef, which is like a spicy beef soup. The beef with lime salad is also really good. Prices are also very reasonable.

I absolutely love this restaurant! It's the perfect spot for lunch if you're in Pullman. I really enjoy their chicken with vegetables and the Mongolian beef, among other dishes. I once accidentally visited on a Tuesday, their day off, but they still served me anyway, which was pretty funny!
Took 15 minutes to get someone to come ask if we were ready to eat we didn’t get any water or offered something to drink, when I asked for water she asked if we were going to eat or go. She took our Menus and we left. I hope they treat you nicer. We walked by the kitchen and it looked dirty( a reason we had second thoughts the lady was very rude and treated us poorly. When we walked in, the restaurant had a weird burnt smell. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. It’s very hard to believe any of the positive reviews. I’ve honestly never been so disappointed and we eat out a lot! Never ever again. A smile goes a long way lady!! :
Awesome food at a great price. No fatty or chewy meat, orange chicken is the best! Everything full of flavor.
This place is a hidden gem. The food was so good that it could take down Vegas in the Asian food business. The owners are extremely nice and their pup is one of the most adorable and friendly dogs I have seen and petted.
Ok, I'm new to town, and let's be honest, there are slim pickings in Pullman. I was hesitant when I walked into Minh's, but damn the food was good! There's a reason for their almost 5 star rating, and despite their lobby's appearance, their food is delicious. Our table had pork buns, shrimp dumplings, pad thai, and vegetarian pho. Will for sure be back to try more items!

Fantastic Pho! I placed a pickup order, and my meal was piping hot and absolutely delicious. The staff were wonderful and welcoming. I can't wait to sample more of their offerings!
The bosses and employees here are amazing, I highly recommend the Beef Chow Mein, Beef Pho, Salted Egg Chicken and Beef Hot Pot. I would also review their Facebook and Instagram page to see the other variety of dishes they offer.
In addition to their noodle dishes, they offer a Chinese hot pot with lamb, along with a variety of other Asian cuisines, including curry, Korean dishes, and Vietnamese food. My boyfriend and I love dining here; the cost for two noodle bowls is only about $25, which is significantly cheaper compared to other Chinese restaurants in Pullman, WA, and Moscow, ID.
Very clean. Great service. The food was spectacular and the portions were huge. I had leftovers for breakfast the next day. Very recommended.
